Order Processing

The delivery times stated in our shop (e.g., β€œStandard Shipping: 5–8 business days”) are estimates only and may vary due to external factors. Delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, high demand, customs clearance, or force majeure events. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days. If the order is not delivered within this period, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund.

Shipping Costs

Australia: FREE standard shipping on all orders.

International: Shipping calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use our Track Your Order page or follow the link provided in the email.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mavazie.com. We will reship or refund your order.

Delivery Guarantee

If your order does not arrive within 45 business days, you’re eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
